Rhett loved seeing Santa. He cried when it was time to get off of his lap. Is there anything wrong with lying to your child for your own benefit? i.e. Santa's watching, be good or I'll call Santa...
there's certainly nothing wrong with it. he's too young to remember anyway. all of our parents said stuff like that to us, and I don't expect them to burn in hell for it.
