I had a lovely shower last weekend. Thanks to some amazing women. Lori was the hostess and threw a wonderful party. There were a few photographers there and I'm so grateful for all the beautiful pictures I have see so far. These are courtesy of Joy and Erin. Might I add that I have a bit of camera envy now...
This is how Mezmur started the shower...a little power nap while Mama enjoyed a mimosa.
Then we had some delicious food and gifts. This jacket was one that my mom wore, I wore, and Mez wore and wasn't too sure about it. It must have been the rabbit fur on the cuffs. Poor rabbits.

I will resist saying what you all are thinking...but they sure are adorable together.
Thanks again to all who were there and helped with putting together this welcoming for Mezmur. This girl is sure loved!

Oh Autumn! I can't stand it!!! We are in California but somehow I didn't know about the shower. We will simply have to have a make-up private shower when I get back, darn-it! I will HATE to have you guys to myself! =-) I am so in love with her and I love seeing your face when you are holding her. It is such a relief to see you so happy and in love. So adorable - all of it. I love that picture of Abe with Mezmur. For some reason - the face Abe is making reminds me of faces Ted makes in Lori's pictures. :) Looks like it was a beautiful shower! Well done to Lori!

The style might not be in the pink jacket but the sentiment is wonderful. I do believe I remember seeing a picture of Mimi in that jacket. Good to see some pictures of you at your event and for all the love for Mezmur, I can see why because her personality in her photos is infectious. . . Can't wait!! Her expression looking at Abe is absolutely percious as is Abe's looking at her. . . AMAZING! Love to ALL. . . .
